Accessibility statement

How accessible this site is, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

Our commitment

This site aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA. We test it with the same automated checks the Radar runs on client sites, plus manual keyboard and screen-reader passes. Automated testing catches a minority of real barriers, so the reporting route below matters more than the badge.

Telling us

If something on this site blocks you, write to [email protected] with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix confirmed barriers on a dated timeline, which is the same standard we hold client sites to.

Enforcement

In the UK, the Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the Equality Act 2010. In the EU, the European Accessibility Act applies to services in scope from June 2025 and is enforced by national authorities.

This statement covers this website. Findings about your website's accessibility are produced under your services agreement and are evidence, not certification.
