Terms of use
The terms on which you use this website, and the limits of what the Radar produces.

Using this site
You may read this site, use the Explorer and the register, and share links to any combination. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or represent its outputs as your own product.
The Explorer and the register are a map, not a determination
The law counts shown by the Explorer, the register and every sector and jurisdiction page are read from our Attachment Matrix: the set of provisions that may attach to a combination. Whether a given provision actually binds your business depends on confirmed facts about it, including establishment, targeting, reach, headcount and revenue thresholds. Treat what you see as a starting map.
Not legal advice
Compliance Radar produces evidence-backed findings mapped to published requirements. It does not provide legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship arises from using this site or receiving a report. Interpretation and decisions remain with you and your counsel. Findings tiered T3 are legal-risk indicators and are never stated as breaches.
No guarantee of compliance
We do not certify compliance and we issue no certificates. Compliance is a legal state that depends on facts and interpretation beyond a website. What we commit to is method: evidence captured and verified before anything is alleged, fail-closed applicability gating, tri-state results in which "not assessed" never means compliant, and a documented trail for every claim.
Accuracy of figures
Every statistic on this site carries its source and period. Regulator figures change; we re-verify on a cycle and correct rather than quietly restate. Sample dashboards, the Harbourline Dental scenario and all worked examples are labelled as sample data and describe no real business.
Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the formula published on the pricing page: a base for one sector in one jurisdiction, plus an increment for each additional sector or jurisdiction. There are no setup fees and no charges introduced later in the flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; evidence artefacts are returned or deleted per your contract.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Where your services agreement with Tamazia says otherwise, that agreement prevails.
